Daniel & Chelsea's big day took place at the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate in Canton, just half an hour outside of Boston. The old house is curtained by soaring trees and carefully designed gardens, making you feel as if you've stepped into another world. My first cue was from an older couple I passed while walking in - "you'll have so much fun with the gardens!" they told me. Daniel & Chelsea had last seen the venue in March (not New England's prime time) and we were all amazed by how much it had sprung to life! Jane Austen vibes, anyone? (or just me? I did watch three different adaptations of "Emma" while editing this gallery. It felt fitting)
I've known Daniel and Chelsea as friends through our various Boston social circles for several years now, and have always so enjoyed their company. They both have the kind of smile that lights up a room, an easy-going humor and natural camaraderie that makes you think, "yea, this is good!". They had prepared so thoughtfully for their day - far beyond decorative details, but with an intentionality that shone through in their ceremony and throughout the day.
One of my favorite moments was their first dance as husband and wife, which was to "Heart Attack" by Wild Rivers. Go on, play it while you scroll through the gallery - it may just make your day.
