I met Erik and Kelsey for their beach engagement session in Nahant earlier this summer, and immediately knew we were going to have a good, crazy time (I may have been tipped off by Kelsey's pink hair, their total go-with-the flow attitude, and willingness to rock climb... in platform heels!) A few months later, after various iterations of Covid wedding plans, they chose to have a simple and elegant elopement out in Barnstable, near Cape Cod, with only their immediate families present. Kelsey and her mom planned all the details, from flowers to table arrangements to their dog's hot pink mohawk. A beautiful rental home, a weekend with both your immediate families, a backyard ceremony, and a private chef - E&K were able to bring all the fun and tradition of a full wedding into their own backyard celebration while making it uniquely their own.
